Commercial & Print-on-Demand Licence
A commercial licence is included with every purchase from Chic Designs Digital.
You may use the purchased designs for unlimited personal and commercial projects, including:
- Finished physical products
- Finished digital products
- Print-on-demand products
- Client projects
- Small business and commercial use
Digital products must be flattened and non-editable so that the original files, designs, or individual assets cannot be extracted.
You may not
- Resell, share, give away, upload, or redistribute the original files or assets, either as supplied or modified
- Repackage the designs as digital papers, seamless patterns, clipart, backgrounds, design resources, templates, or other competing digital assets
- Sell or distribute editable files that allow the original designs or assets to be extracted
- Claim copyright, ownership, or authorship of the original designs
- Use the files to create another digital resource intended to compete with the original product
Print-on-demand use
Print-on-demand use is permitted when the design is incorporated into a finished product.
You may not upload or sell the original files as standalone design assets or make them available for others to download or reuse.
