Return and Refund Policy
Because our products are digital downloads, returns and exchanges are not available.
By requesting immediate access to digital content, you expressly consent to delivery beginning during the 14-day cooling-off period and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once downloading or access begins.
Refunds are therefore not normally available once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
This does not affect your legal rights. If a file is faulty, incorrectly described, incomplete, or cannot be accessed, please contact us with your order number and details of the problem. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may provide replacement files, technical assistance, or a refund where appropriate.
Refunds will not normally be provided for:
- Changing your mind after downloading or accessing the files
- Purchasing the wrong product
- Not reading the product description or file specifications before purchase
- Software or device incompatibility where the required file format was clearly stated
- Difficulty using or editing the files in third-party software
- Colour differences caused by screens, printers, inks, paper, or print settings
Please contact us before making a repeat purchase if you believe you have accidentally bought the same product twice.
